Tankk is smart for your members, and just as smart for you as an operator. Tune the machine entirely to your club and keep consumption and costs under control.

Eco mode

Outside opening hours Tankk drops into sleep mode automatically: screen, lighting and cooling off. Separate hours for weekdays and weekends, so you save energy every single day.

Free-run mode

No member link needed? Switch on free-run mode and anyone can pour without scanning — ideal for events or open access.

Free water

Offer water for free, plain or chilled. Or let the machine pour water only for members whose subscription entitles them to it.

Identification

Members check in with the QR code from the app, or with the chip or member card your club already uses. Mifare, RFID, badge or barcode: Tankk reads them all.

CRM couplings

Connect Tankk to your member software: Club Planner, Magicline or Heitz. The machine knows who may pour and logs every drink on the right account.

Drain or drip tray

Plumb Tankk into a fixed drain, or run it with a drip tray including full- and presence detection. You choose what fits your space.

Figures & graphs

Track everything in the backend: consumption per machine, per flavour and over time, in clear figures and graphs.

Fully configurable

06: SOFTWARE

Easy connection to your software package

Based on their subscription or option, your members can scan their QR code or membership card. They then choose a flavour and feature and within seconds, their drink is prepared to order. The device links to your member management system and knows who is taking a drink at what time.

Tankk is particularly high-quality and easily maintainable via automatic emails when a flavour is empty. Need a refill of a flavour: scan the QR code on the back and in no time you will receive a new box of flavourful "healthy happiness".
